HACCP

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a Preventive program that is being utilized by the consumable manufacturing industries to increase safety of products manufactured by the company.

HACCP was originally developed in response to a request by NASA to ensure that "Space Foods" used on manned space flights were safe.

By 1971, HACCP system was published and documented in USA, In the past few years, HACCP principles have spread across the world and phenomenally in the food and consumables industry.
